Hi Guys and Gals,
First let me say that I'm a long term Explorer user.I started with a XS (sold it two weeks ago) and I own a SE Pro right now.I also Have a new E-Trac.I will start by saying that when I first heard about the Etrac I was very interested but frankly got scared off by all the whineing about them. The fact is it was blown way out by a bunch of guys that wanted it to be an Explorer 3 and it wasn't.I finally got one to see for myself. Do you want a unit that works alot like your Explorer but does a better job with ground and falseing and alot of other things? Then take my word for it and try one.No chatter just as deep. That means alot to me and you.Don't forget this is coming from a guy who has an Explorer and I do know how to use it well.Andy's book is dead on and a great help. The Etrac really is a great unit and it is worth investigating.I'm not trying to sell these that's for others to do I'm just saying this to you guys that are wondering about the unit.It is very nice and basically there is no learning curve.
