Yes, she was fine, Mike. They were still under fire in her area and still had a ways to go I believe. Not sure if she has electricity or not....hopefully she will be able to check in soon.

I'm here! It is storming like CRAZY here right now!!!! They say this is the final push of storms through here and then it should begin to calm down for the night. We haven't been hit quite as hard here in Alabama as they were thinking we might be, but it's still been a bumpy ride. Several tornadoes but not as many true touch downs as they were predicting. There are areas that were destroyed, damaged or affected, but not the widespread destruction that was predicted as a possibility. I have not heard from Hank, but I do know that his part of the state was probably one of the areas hit the hardest. Not sure that he lives in Madison or Limestone Counties where they did have multiple touch downs, but I do know he is up in that general area. He might be just a little south of there???? Same thing for Graw. He lives up in that general direction too.

My daughter just got home from work and called to let me know it took her a long time to get there. She had to pick her way through downed trees and debris because a tornado had touched down about 9 miles from where we live. She sounded pretty shaken up from the things she saw. Hopefully no one was injured or killed there.
