Well I got to house sit for my folks around Ione Ca this last week. After four days taking care of horses, plants and there dog. I got a chance to get out with my old Bandido II at there old highschool
.The same old stuff zinc pennies, afew dimes all clad,so I checked my ground balance ,and I was alittle off ,fixing that the nickles seemed tobe popping up everywhere! And up comes a young boy about asking there normal questions what was I doing, what did I find ,and if he could help. After having his father came up concerned that his was causing me trouble I said it was fine .We spent about half an hour digging up coins and junk we both had a good time. The end result of our hunting was eleven nickles, five cald dimes, thirteen pennies, and finally a womens silver ring.925 it was smashed some making it look like a twisted pop top. But my son is taking it to his highschool jewelery class to try reshaping back to the orginal shape. It is still a nice find.Brian.
