Old coins in America?

The forum member here named Biblot found a Roman coin while detecting in the countryside of NY state several years ago. We used to talk some and He told me about it .

I have been trying to reach out to him but I am afraid he may have passed away or something as I have not heard from him in a long time.

For a similar type of subject for those who are interested look up the Brandenberg Stone and Prince Madoc who was here in KY and IN.

They found caches of Roman coins on both sides of the Ohio River in that area

I found this years ago in southwest kansas. I always assumed someone had worn it as a good luck charm and lost it.

You never know what you might find.
