OLD SOVEREIGN GROUND BALANCE

You don't need to ground balance a sovereign it takes care of that for you, just turn it on and lower it to the ground and start detecting. HH Cache Man:detecting:

Can you suggest other coils to use with the old soverign especially one to use around the Quartzite area of Az. to look for gold.
 
BBS 800 Slimline Tornado. It is a 7.5" coil that has excellent trash separation and very good depth. It is a Minelab coil. I would also use a straight shaft and chest mount the control box. You'll be able to hunt all day with that configuration.
