Old town green silver Barbra and jewelry

Mark kus

Well-known member
I hunted an old green this past Saturday with a friend and literally as I started on the green my first signal was a 96 !
So I dug a careful plug and saw silver and it was an EF condition 1916 Barbra! I was pretty excited and called my friend over
He said man your lucky all the time lol then my next silver was a 1953 Rosie and that was it for silver coins but I also found some
Silver jewelry there and about $10.00 in clad
Then a local cop stopped by drive right onto the green I thought oh no we are going to get kicked out but he was super cool and gave us
Some other good spots to check.
And another gentleman stopped to talk to me about my Deus he was reading about them and thinking of buying one I told him it’s a great machine
And showing him my finds he said you know George Washington stayed in the house right across the street from the green we were hunting which
Was cool.

Barber Quarters are tough finds.
Great finds..
Congrats
