Omega 8000 Visual ID after pinpointing

New member
While searching in AT mode and the object is deep enough to show no ID on display,
then got after pinpointing a visual ID that seems in no depend to the target for me. Most between 30-39.
It disappears after few seconds. Digging result can be a coin, a small relic (fe, cu, sn, pb, ag) or just all possible junk What the device is telling me?
Maybe a defect?
What is the optimal swing speed in seconds between -90 and 90 deg?
Mainly use the 10" stock, AT mode, gain/thres max as possible and try to hold well gb.

very deep objects come only with an audio tone without a visual id. after pinpointing such object, the display shows a "random number" most between 30 and 39. this number disappears after few seconds.
i wonder why...
the objects does not stand in any dependency to this number.
the at mode is equal deep like the pinpointing mode.
so it makes no sense for me, that the display shows a number.
