Omega gets some silver.

Have had kind of a busy weekend with our granddaughters 8th grade graduation and Confirmation, but managed to get out for two brief hunts with the Omega on a couple of soccer fields, one Fri afternoon and one on Sat. Besides $7. something in clad, also managed 2 small silver rings and a nice Religious medal. 1 of the rings was a flat 80 reading about 2" deep. The 2nd ring came in 82-83 and was 3." The bigger Religious medal came in at 85-86. The 2 rings being smaller and thin bands didn't quite read into the silver range that silver dimes seem to. I'll get a picture of the rings and medal posted later today. I had on the 10" coil and running 0 disc, sen 75-80, d3 tones and g b of 63-69. Although I am digging those square tabs, I did recover 14 nickels between the two outings. HH jim tn
