Omega with Gray Ghost Head Phones

pitcher

New member
I got a new pair of Gray Ghost Head Phones and Im having a problem with them on my Omega 8000, The sound is either to low or way to high, I know you can turn the dial in between the clicks but that does not seem to chance anything at all.
Not sure if its my machine or the Head Phones, has anyone else had a problem like this using the Gray Ghost with the Omega 8000?

Thanks.

Pitcher.

Pitcher,I'm running a Omega 8000 and I bought a pair of gray ghost a couple months ago....I found them sounding low in volume and had a tinny sound when I first got them.
I was using a pair of Garrett's which i found much louder and a deeper base sound....but after wearing the gray ghost for a week I got use to the sound and find them much crisper and clearer then what I had used previously.
Guess it's a matter of what you get use to.....and yes I got them cranked full in volume...I've got a bit of hearing loss in my right ear.
Give them a week of use and see if you change your mind...HH

I use G G on my Omega most of the time and really like them. Clear crisp tones, but I do have them at their loudest setting. HH jim tn

Thanks for the reply, I cant turn mine all the way up, maybe half way or they blow my ears out.
