? on state quarter maybe an error coin

can you tell me if this is an error coin. 2003-p arkansas quarter

Is it a dent in the coin or is there no trace of an indentation on the back side? Also, where did you find the coin and why does it got some blackness on the surface of the coin? If the coin doesn't have a dent on the back I don't know what to say about the Quarter. If the Quarter was made like that it would have been caught by the mint when rolling the Quarter up into rolls since it would have thrown the other coins out of wack. I think it was hit by something and that is the reason for the dent.
 
There might have been a interior delamination of the clad components, their coming apart due to high temperature if it had been in a fire.
