MXT showed the sand in the 80's if that means anything, so I switched to the XS with the 14X10. This thing was really smooth running at 27. At 25 it was glass smooth which made me think I forgot to plug it in. This is the way the MXT sounds when you run it without the coil plugged in. After inspection and a penny and a quarter---that's just the way it is.
