Nope not a coin but this is a unique find for my area, as there was as far as i know no fraternity here.I was able to find the identical one, after many hours of sifting through different pic of this medal..Around the edge in Latin it reads "ecce panis angelorum" which translate to "behold the bread for angels" Its isnt trhe whole thing but Iam glad I got the best part!!
