Larry and I went detecting and here's my finds for the day. The oldest wheat is 1927. I was using my stock coil all day in the high grass and still came home with some keepers. The tiny 5/16 x 1/2 inch pendant was down about 7" and has a unique design on the back also. The 1963 Franklin half was only about 2" deep. Boy did my ears ring when I hit that thing! I sure didn't expect to see a silver coin.
The key fob is from CAT (Caterpillar). The plastic fork was with a wheat cent. Found a few little cars and a handful of clad. It was a beautiful day for detecting, but it feels good to be back home.
Thanks for looking and HH to all, Nancy
