One Hole

Just got back from Hunting a couple old Houses and these were all places I have hunted before. Found one signal that made no sense. I started not to dig because it was showing a Coin but way too large. I dug and found 21 real Copper Pennies, one Nickel, and an Ear Screw with a setting in it, all in the same hole. I think people let these things add up in their Ashtray then just dump them out in their yard. Had to be before 92 because there were no Zincs in them.

It's surprising (to me) how many times I find multiple targets in one hole. If using a detector with tid, when the display bounces around between trash and different coin values one should always dig as 50 - 60% of the time it turns out to be multiple targets.

It is called a pocket spill, my friends.

That is a lot to spill out of one pocket. I vote ashtray dump.

I detected a park that had tons of penny's. I remember two different spots where there were 15 or more in the same hole. I think I dug about 100 penny's in about an hour.

Ear screw?

REVIER........The lady in the photo sure was a good sport to go along with that !
If I were to asked anybody, male or female, if I could put a screw in their earlobe, they would think I had lost my marbles !

Very clever idea and a quality photo too !
