One nice silver ring

PaPa-Joe-Fla.

New member
Went back to the Beach where I got the gold and silver last week, spent 3 hrs. in the water and 1 in the wet sand. Got allot of trash and one nice silver ring late in the hunt. The beach is very clean, not allot of targets. Met a fellow Pirate hunting knee deep in the water. Scott from upstate New York, near Coopers town. He just got a Fisher 1280x from Ebay to start water hunting at a near by lake at home. Was giving it a spin in the salt water here in Fl. He hasn't gotten a scoop yet so he was having trouble finding his targets, that is why he was in shallow water. I dug a dime he was chasing for 5 minutes, and Now he is in search of a scoop . Here is the spin.

WATER WAS VERY CLEAR FOR THIS BEACH, LOOKING NORTH

Thanks for looking. HH

Very nice find!!!!!

The ring looks like a hunk of Mexican silver. I likes it!

Seems like you mighta taught the boy from New York a lesson or three.

That 1280 is a workhorse. It might not get the smallest stuff, but it has the capacity to make for a good day, no doubt!

Boy, gin-clear water. Can't wait for the weather to get a little better here. As you have been reading, Arkansas is has high water everywhere. All the boat docks on the main corps lakes in my area are submerged. The normally clear water is muddy. Not good for the fishin, or for lootin'. But it will run it's course and return to normal soon

Thanks for sharing; and congrats on the hunk o' loot.
