I'm with you, Liz. It would be a vacation to remember for a very long time. The Chinese monks were unique, in that they often made their residence in the side of a mountain becasue they wanted to reside in places that were less accessible to the general public. They didn't have the financial ability to purchase ground that could or would be used for farming, which was expensive.
