nothing unusual about that i hear you ask, you find them all the time, so what is so unusual about this :confused: you ask again,
wellllllllllll this one was found in a park in the UK:ukflag: 8in down :surprised:, i couldn't be live it when i got it home and started to go through my finds, i just thought it was a bit of clad, was about to put in my clad box <img src="http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo150/BERNIE1963/a5.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> then got a glimpse of the feathers through the dirt, after a bit of a clean he appeared in all his glory......... what a day i also found a very old looking silver spoon

it has nice markings on it it is initialed S F J, sadly the hall mark has worn right down all that's left is a lion not sure what this means,
also a nice queen Victoria 1901 penny

a few other old pennies, i never bothered to take pics, they where George 6Th 1937 half penny, George 5Th 1921 half penny, Edward7Th 1909 half penny, 2 George 5th 1921 pennies,George 5th 1936 penny, George 6th penny, and a 1942 farthing, also a half a silver sixpence dated 1927 cut up by a lawnmower, the usual modern day coins to the value of a couple
 
thanks all for the comments, will post more finds as i dig them, i have discovered a park that by the looks of it it has never been detectected, when people ask how i am doing i always ask if they have seen any other mders and the answer is always no, even the park attendents have not seen any others, so hopefully i have got a large park with a mansion to myself..............:thumbup:
