Only dug one oldie this evening but it was a nice one !!

Good signals were tough to come by this evening but I had one deep iffy hit turn out to be a nice 1864 Two cent piece. This one cleaned up nicely. A lot better than the holed one I dug a couple weeks ago and definitely nicer than the one park pirate dug a few hundred yards away last weekend !!! I had a little luck Wednesday evening with a couple Indian head cents, A 1923 buffalo nickel and a heavy 14K plated over silver ring. The ring was huge and I thought I had a good one until I saw the hallmark. I'll post pictures of the whole lot after tomorrow morning's hunt.

Those 2 centers always seem to be in such nice shape and yours is no exception  Great find

How did you clean this coiin up so nicely Ed?
