Went to a spot with high hopes because it looked so good. I knew better deep down. Those great looking spots never pan out. The soil looked undisturbed but just could not even find a wheat. Dug some shallow clad of course testing the waters but could not get a deep signal to save me. After a while I was whooped, no confidence left at all. I get this signal that repeated all the way around but broke up all the way around. It sounded nasty. I left it and kept swinging. After 4 or 5 swings I went back. Figuring a deep nail was better than what I had been digging. Well, about 8 or 9 inches this popped out. Gonna go back sometime I guess and dig nail hits but when I don't know. Don't get me wrong, I am happier than a pig in slop. Just spent 3 hours of hard hunting and had higher hopes. First seated for the year.
One question though. Would this be considered an offset die?
