Other coils for the Vaquero??

Has anyone tried different coils with the Vaq.? I'm thinking the 5.75 concentric or 12X10 DD similar to the setup of the Outlaw. Just wondering what kind of results people are having if using these.

After i bought the 5.75" for my Vaquero i hardly ever took it off. Great coil for trashy areas and small godl items.

I really wish that Tesoro would offer a 10x12 concentric coil for the 4 pin (HOT) detectors. It would be a killer in good ground for relics. We are limited in choice to the 12x10 DD or aftermarket coils.

I think it would be hot item, I know I would buy one.

But that is a DD widescan coil. A 10x12 concentric is available for the 5 pin detectors including the Outlaw, but not for the 3 HOT detectors.

While we are talking coils does anyone know if the use of aftermarket coils will void Tesoro's warranty ?

Oops sorry, I missed the word concentric. That is a good question about aftermarket coils. I too would like to know!
