Greg must have sent me a virus through his email when he told me he fell on the ice! We got 4" of the white stuff last night and I was out at 5 am cleaning the truck off to go plowing. I was next to our retaining wall and stepped on a ice patch under the white stuff and my feet went right out from under me fast! My lower back had already been bothering me, but anyways I hit the ground flat on my back then went right off the retaining wall! OUCH! I got up quickly brushed off and thanked the Lord I was not hurt bad! I now can feel it from my head to my hips, but I am still thanking the Lord!

Mike, be carefull!! There is only one of you.

Thank God, you were not injured worse

Now....hot soaks twice /day... and stay in the house out of that snow.

I once stepped off a step at my house..foot hit the ice and I hit flat on my back but also hit the back of my head on the sidewalk...I literally saw stars.

OK so now you know why I am the way I am  j/k

Prayed for a quick recovery and short pain period.

something about Greg's accident that was not nice & he got you back :) Take care - tomorrow morn will tell, steve in so az

Whenever something like that happens to me my first thought is how bad it COULD have been :)

Hope you feel better!

...I hope you didn't break anything!! To bad Greg didn't send you a Trojan horse because you could have ridden that instead of walking!!

We are having a blizzard down here, dog gone near white out conditions. Schools are closed, business' shutting down and not a loaf of bread or gallon of milk to be found anywhere!! We may actually get a whole INCH of snow today!!!

Here is a view from my backyard. I braved the extreme, blizzard conditions to get this pic for you, hanging on for dear life facing the strong westerly gusts, some as high as 15mph!!!
