The older movies (seen after I grew up) showed a lot of drinking and smoking cigarettes which caused many to follow in the footsteps of their idols....the actors and actresses! Now, it is drugs of all kinds that snares the souls, bodies and minds of too many men, women and children and filthiness is spoken by lips from what is in sinful hearts!
By following God's commandments in our own homes, we show a good example of right from wrong! Children usually will follow in the footsteps of their parents, whether it be good or bad ones! Therefore, let us raise them up in the fear and admonition of our Lord and when they are old we hope they will not depart from it, although many do stray, they will come back to what they've been taught and shown by example! Families stay together, who pray together in Jesus' name and are living, obeying and worshiping God Jehovah!
Only the truly saved in Christ Jesus and washed in His precious, shed blood by faith will enter into Heaven.....every true believer's Promised Land! May God Bless! Amen!
