Using modified SmartFind screen, man sensitivity around 25-28,Deep and Ferrous.Got a total of $ 1.28 including a 1942s quarter at 8-9 inches and 3 wheats(30's and 40's).One of the wheats wanted to read like a quarter and bounced around to half and didnt sound as good as the silver quarter.Thought maybe I had another but it was a wheat. One iffy quarter reading around 11 inches I never did find after digging a good foot down.Thats the second time Ive got a iffy scratchy quarter reading that bounced around on the screen but liked to settle on quarter.Couldnt get a decent signal with the X1 probe.Hope I didnt leave something good behind.A shovel would have been nice.Good sunny but breezey day:))

I haven't got my first silver for this year yet, been busy working on setting up the 25 new golf carts we got 10 days ago for our security company. Might get a chance Sunday if it don't rain to try this new 4X7 coil I got yesterday from the big K.

Nice Quarter! Where was this target located that you were having difficulties in finding? Open Area or next to a Tree, Etc? Hope you didn't leave something behind! Good Luck and HH!

The iffy target wasnt next to a tree but near a bank that led down to a creek. The audio was scratchy and bounced around a bit but liked to settle on upper right, half off the screen like a quarter does.In an area that should be ok to reinvestigate:))
