OVM Bit Boss

I recently dug this OVM bit boss at a campsite here in VA. All the ones I have ever seen are US. I know the OVMs existed but am having a hard time finding out any info on this piece. I assume it is rare but how rare? I have no intention of selling it but I would like to know what it is worth. Any help would be appriciated. I was born and raised in Ohio and have a few decendents who were in the OVM so to say I was excited when I dug it would be an understatement.
