Pacific N.W. winters suck......

I've already mowed my lawn twice in the last 2 weeks so I decided to go fishing last Sunday for some much needed R&R......

Just when I was starting to feel the sun warm my bones and my mind began to wander pleasantly.....some show-off flyboy had to buzz me in his float plane not more than 40' right over my head.....I wasn't quick enough to grab my pistol to send up any AA fire and I couldn't find my cell phone fast enough to snap a pic, so I got a pic of him coming back down river......

Don't let the pic fool you he was much closer than it looks.....he came back down by me within 30yds and if I'd been on the ball, I could have cast in front of him just to give him something to think about...Damn showoff flyboys

It was pretty cool, that was a 1st for me on this river.....
Had a submarine surface within 100yds of my boat while fishing off the mouth of the Columbia river once....that got my attention as well
