Park hunting with Robin and Tim today...

We managed to coax a few goodies out of a couple of Michigan parks today.
My total for the day was 4 wheaties(including a 1909), 1889 indian, 1946 Rosie,
and an 1850 Bank of Upper Canada Half Penny. The sterling ring came from some sidewalk construction I stopped at on the way home.

I found that EXACT same ring about 2 weeks ago at a park in Sarnia, Ontario...right across the St. Clair River from Port Huron, MI.
I know it's hard to tell in the pic, but it is in fact the exact same ring.

Nice finds by the way!

How come Mike MI didn't take all of us to THAT park???? Heck, all I got was a couple of memorials and 3lbs of aluminum

That big coin looks like a sovereign. If it's not gold, why does it have the same image as a sovereign. example here http://www.goldsovereigns.co.uk/forsalevictoriayoungheadsaintgeorge.html
