Percussion Cap?

Hi All,
Been a while since I have taken the ol Safari out for a spin. Hunted an old cart path between Lost Mt. and Kennesaw Mt. here in the Atlanta area. A friend of mine owns some property where the cart path goes right through it. Have to say it was some clean property. Very few signals, not even much on the iron side. But at least when you hit something you knew it.
Don't get to hunt much in the Civil War areas, so I am a bit unsure about what I have found. The mangled one I think may be a percussion cap. Any help would be appreciated. I am at work and don't have access to a ruler so I can't give you the mm diameter of the finds. Each one seems a little bigger then the other. The bullets etc came in between 34-36.
What you see is what I found in about an hour and a half. (except for some barbed wire and a half full gas can buried with leaves. No telling how long that had been there. Probably worth more then of my finds though!!)
Rest assured I will be going back.
Thanks for looking,
HH,
Bunker

Thanks John,
Could very well be, I just have no idea. I will have to do some more diggin through previous posts to compare.

Bunky, nice relic hunt there. I'm guessing it's a percussion cap too, but there's a load of CW relic hunters who'll know for sure. Looks like that bracelet isn't Sterling, but some lesser metal. Are there any markings on it ? Good to see you posting, again.

Thanks Ken, I think the bracelet is alum. rang up at 37-38. Have to clean it up some more to be sure but I can't see anything on it right now.
Been doing some hunting just not finding anything really note worthy. Hope you are handling the snow okay, probably a little lighter on the beach.
Stay warm,
Bunker

Bunker,
John is right. Jacket from a modern bullet. Lots of potential in the Kennesaw area, good luck!!

Thanks Barry, thought it was a tad bit big to be a cap. Oh Well, I will keep on looking!

Bunky, yes we weathered the storm okay, no real beach erosion happened to make me think that old jewelry or silver coins are within reach now. May post tonight from last three hunts, a couple of silver quarters, a Lutheran medal, old button, and an Armands' cold cream compacte powder lid cover, from last three hunts.
