1 Peter 3:3, 4."Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God

So many are anorexic because of trying to be thin like movie stars and so forth and use Make-Up to excess with too many earrings up and down their ear lobes and rings adorning their bodies! I think less is more in these cases! I've always been a plain Jane and don't use make up because of allergies and the way I was taught at home and in the United Southern Baptist Church...no lipstick and etc. and No Dancing or drinking...but I know that many smoked the same as those in many churches do today! Everything should be done in moderation, for anything can be done to excess! 'Tis better to be on fire for Jesus then to worry about those things which will end at the time of our death! Cleanliness is next to godliness so being clean with hair combed and decently dressed is the best we all could do, including me! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
