Photo resizing software

I know we've covered this, but what photo resizing software do you use? Got a new system and can't find the CD of what I had. Thanks.

:usaflag:I just use photobucket.com....its easy to navigate and it's free.
 
I use Google picasa 3 its free use the upload feature and you can adjust resize and you can email from there you can fix pic you can do a lot for free.
