I would like to see if PI detectors are for me.
Do anyone have older low cost PI I can buy?

Check out this link. It's an old white's PI 1000 but what a great machine I had one for a couple years and found tons of loot with it. One of the first water PI's on the market. Probably won't go for over $150.

It may not be a good comparison as to what an older model PI will do against the newer ones if you get to old of a unit. The thing with PI's is that you have to dig everything. If you are in an area or beach with alot of junk, a VLF is much better. They are not coin machines, do have some application in the relic hunting field.
