PI with diff. integrator plans ?

A

Hi all,
i'm seeking for good PI plans of the differential integrator type of PI.
Something really stable and with good performaces.
I have already realized an old plan/md (mark stuart's one) but it seems to need continuos reset of the output tone.
Finally I gave up with this ! it's boring to continuosly reset the frequency.
Another good point is performace that is not as what I expect to have from a pi detector (maybe it's becouse of the SH swithing gates ?).
Does anyone know a good and freely available diff. integrator design ?
Thanks in advance
Antoine

Hi Antoine,
You might want to look at Carl Moreland's posting on Tuesday Feb 5 below. I would recommend you read the subsequent posts also.
As for the Mark Stuart's design, one can add an extra circuit to the design to take care of the problem of having to constantly retune the detector. As for the sensitivity, you will have to shorten the delay to see much of an improvement.
