A brand new unused ID Edge. Can't wait until spring to revisit this old favorite. :fisher:

Great score there.Very under-estimated machine and don't hear much
about these units much as it seems they were short lived. I also own
an ID Edge that's pretty pristine and have the 6,8 and 10" coils for her.
Also have a Sun-Ray probe that's never been used as this machine is
not my go to machine. The #1 thing I like about the Edge is it will
ID in all-metal mode. Has very respectable depth and will find the goods!
I have maybe 30 hours on her as I love using different machines but
with little time on her, she has proven herself very worthy. I think the
main reason we don't hear much about the ID Edge is because Fisher
shrunk the control box which was probably a turn off for those that
were serious CZ users and it was DIGITAL... Anyway it's a VERY-UNDER
ESTIMATED machine and I wish you the best with your brand new ID EDGE!!!

Thanks for the reply silverseeker. With the 6" coil attached the ID Edge is a great old site iron hunter. Perhaps not quite up to par with current generation technology but, no wimp either. Some of my best finds made in iron infested sites, both on land and water hunting, have been made with the ID Edge.

Just received a ID Edge today. Am ready to try it out as soon as I get a dry day here in the wet state of Washington.

Congrats on your new Id Edge. I have only been able to use mine once since receiving due to winter here. It did not take long however to get in the groove with it.

I've said it once and I'll say it again.Very under-rated machine.
Love mine but it doesn't see much use these days as I have
my go to machine which is hard to put down as it just finds.
the goods... I took a friend detecting his home and let him
use the Edge and his first find was a 64 silver quarter.
He was Stoked as I was for him being his 1rst. time
metal detecting.Long Live the I.D. Edge.
