I was hunting a Pittsburgh park today, an old one, and found a lot of clad. I was using my V3i. I also found a copper token that has the words 5TH ANNUAL CONVENTION across the top and SEPT 5-10, 1904 across the bottom. I put it on the 'what is it' and hopefully someone can identify it. Usually I hit more dimes than anything and a good amount of nickels, because no one digs them and the V3i IDs them at a perfect '19' on the VDI almost always in the Pittsburgh soil. Today I hot a lot of quarters, and found a 5 quarter coin spill. Clad is a morale-booster when the day is going slow. Day 1 of my 9 day detecting vacation went very well! Tomorrow is another Pittsburgh park.
