These holes/circles are on a side of a huge rock and i believe they are hand made, so are they symbols of hidden treasure or something else ?

Photo # 2 - Looks like the depression of grey color was an area of the rock that was physically removed to get at something. The multiple depressions in Photo # 1 had something there. My guess there where Crystals there that were extracted.
The Rock formation looks like Limestone. If so the crystals could have been Calcium. Many years ago our Geology class visited a small Limestone Quarry that was use to make road gravel. There were some nice crystals and fossils in the rock formations. Student went nuts trying to extract samples.
Your question does not provide many clues. The one hole in the rock in Photo 2 looks like the mineral that was there eroded and washed out leaving a void. The tree branch in Photo 3 gives some clue to the size of the rock formation.
