Please - make one call for the hobby. It takes 4 minutes.

Metal detecting in KY is on the verge. The archaeologists are pushing hard to kill SB 105 which would allow limited detecting on public lands (by citizens as well as tourists.)

Please... make one call - you will reach the entire committee. I did it, and timed it. It took 4 minutes start-to-finish.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A KENTUCKIAN to call. This is the TOURISM committee so they care about what out-of-state callers think too!

a) Call 1-800-372-7181
b) Ask to leave a message for ALL of the HOUSE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT and ENERGY COMMITTEE members.
c) Ask them to allow the bill to move forward for a vote in the House THIS SESSION.

DO NOT SEND EMAIL. Call the number immediately.
