Please pray for Corey!

Corey is Carol's nephew and he has been hospitalized with a septic blood infection. He is running a high fever and is in a lot of pain. Corey is 28 years old and has been blind since what was diagnosed as an aborted crib death when he was 3 months old. He has cerebral palsy and is mentally retarded, so he has never spoken or walked. Please keep his mother, Sharon and Carol's other sister Peggy in your prayers as well. Peggy has been a second mother to Corey and will be devastated if he doesn't pull through. Sharon just called and said he is in stable condition and the pain meds have relieved some of the pain.

They found a problem with an aortic valve and will run a test on it this morning. Also, they found a large bump on his back that they will check out today also.
