written today as I was listening to Adrain Rogers on TV. He was preaching on the gifts and that everyone saved should be doing what their gift tells them to do and not just sitting back and enjoying the service! We need our Spirits shaken and on fire for Jesus....May the will of our Father be done! Amen!


WE NEED A REVIVAL

We need a revival to have more Spiritual desire-
To work for Jesus, with more Christians on fire,
For our blessed Lord, for the saving of souls-
Of lost sinners, so all may reach higher goals,

As we walk with Him, daily, towards Zion's mountain,
Easier to climb, by drinking from the fountain-
Of God's refreshing water that quenches the thirst;
And removes the sins from those who're cursed-

With the entrapment of satan by their sins committed,
Against our Father in heaven until each has submitted,
Fully to serving Him and not the lying devil,
Who is the root of all sin because he's evil;

So, we need a revival in every God-fearing church-
To shake up America and everyone who does perch,
Upon the top of the world thinking everything,
Belongs to them but only sorrow they bring,

For the Holy Word is powerful and true...the Bible,
Totally changing the believing ones, being reliable-
Of silencing the lies of satan, who's a liar;
And someday he will be in the Lake of Fire;

But as we give our all to Jesus, freedom-
He endows us with, for God's golden Kingdom,
We shall reach at the end of earthly life,
By being peacemakers and not stirring up strife,

Satan causes, so there will be more troubles,
Who is sneaky in bringing sadness, when stumbles-
The hurting or angry souls walking in the night,
Until Jesus' love shines more and more light-

Which opens eyes and ears to the absolute truth-
Of our blessed heavenly Father, whether adult or youth;
And does not matter, if a lost man or woman,
He'll save and comfort us for overcoming the omen,

That Adam and Eve's disobedience started the day,
They chose to listen to the serpent, who'll sway-
By lies and half-truths whosoever is Spiritually weak,
Or lost in sinfulness; therefore, each must seek,

Jesus with their whole heart, soul and mind-
For a more loving God, no one will find,
Who loves the sinners but never any sin,
So, be saved in a revival, so you'll win,

A bright mansion in glory and more happier years-
On Earth, as Jesus comforts our sorrows and fears,
Do not allow satan to take your soul into hell,
For by our Savior's grace with Him we'll dwell;

And travel the straight and narrow way, for entering-
The Pearly Gate with Him, rejoicingly, where we'll sing,
Praises to Him, the Lord of All, Who is Jesus,
While His love for us forever and ever pleases,

When a revival comes and wakes up the people,
Whether strong Christians or we're weak and feeble-
Stumbling along, we shall be awakened by His Spirit,
And live far better lives by our souls being fit,

To rise up and meet Jesus, our blessed Savior,
In the air, His sweet, sweet love to savor,
While we eat the Bread of Life and joyously sup,
The deliciously flavored wine from our Lord's cup!

Thank you, dobbie! You have the gift of writing poetry, too, and probably other gifts to use for the Lord's praise and glory! I hadn't written any for quite some time because of being busy with the Cuba home's purchase and will close on it soon and trying to keep up with the work on mine, while getting it ready for sale. The lack of money right now has kept me from buying new flooring for my Family Room and getting termite damages repaired in garage. The termite man couldn't get to it when he repaired the damages in the basement wall sills......soooo have to call him again to get it repaired when we have the garage empty enough for him to do it! Have to make sure I have the money available for the closing and then I will be able to try and pay for what's needed!

I hope you and your hubby are getting out and finding some nice gold and silver goodies! I'm just not able to go I worked too much last week and went shopping Friday which really tires me out....so I was tired yesterday and I am ill today; therefore, Cliff and I have been resting for the coming week!

things are the way they are. I know God will do as he says but too many growing up without Bible teaching and it will only get worse. The only examples they have are public figures and not many of them are anything to brag about.




If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Thank you Mike (Chg Area) and all for your kind words and agreeing that we do need a revival in our whole nation, for the changing of both Christians and sinners. Too many aren't truly saved and believe they are while the sinners get worse and worse with their wickedness day and night! Revival and diligent prayer will wake up the world, hopefully, and make things better, but the Book of Revelation tells us what will be....But there also will be a great revival beore the end of the age as we know it! Therefore, I pray, Save those who will be saved and then come quickly, Lord Jesus! Amen!
