both trying to find new jobs for more money, ins and benefits! Please also pray for both that God will find favor with them in their job hunts or in the jobs they have now! Tami is disappointed because she rec a smaller pay raise then she had been getting previously....they said it was her attitude, but anyone would be grumpy once in a while if they were in as much pain as she is most of the time! The others complain too and not just her! Tami always feels rejected when she thinks she is not liked or appreciated! I told her to just do her best and be pleasant as she possibly can and to remember that those who hurt her aren't the ones' hurting for she is the one who hurts when still remembering and not forgiving those who hurt her! Times are so rough and tough on most everyone these days and it take lots of prayer for anyone to keep their heads above water and to keep trusting in and leaning on Jesus!

Thank you all for your prayers for me and all my children....even my eldest daughter, Susan and her husband, Bill, have had her youngest daughter, Sarah, and her two boys, to move back in with them! Sarah and Mark lost their home and she left him because he kept quiting his jobs when he did work! Such sorrows and ungodly situations in this world and only God in His mercy by our prayers can make the difference in the world, our and loved ones' lives! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Praying for you and all of your family, Ma. I sure can relate to the job situation. You know how, more than anything, I want to be back in the classroom teaching! I keep looking and praying for another teaching position but seems like the heavens are brass where that prayer is concerned... for the time being. Until another door opens (hopefully back to teaching), I am stuck at the hotel doing a job I DO NOT enjoy (except for the talking to people), I have no insurance, making only $8.35 an hour, and they generally treat us like crap. All we are is a warm body to cover a shift, to bring in more and more money to the rich owner (who cares nothing about US), and we have huge demands and expectations placed on our shoulders... and get nothing but a hard time in return. Now, after saying all of that, let me say that I AM thankful I have a job during this rough economic time! So many people don't! And I'm thankful that our house, all our land, and my and Tim's vehicles are all paid for. I'm also thankful that both my kids have jobs to pay for THEIR vehicles and "stuff" too! lol ---------------- I just want to teach again. :-(

Lisa, God has a plan for you, and if He wants you back in teaching He will provide the job in His timing. He will take care of you.

I am sure the business is taking a hit because of Obamacare and other taxes. God bless them all and help David and Tami find better paying jobs with better working conditions. Thank you Father in Jesus name. Amen

Thank you everyone for your prayers for them and me! And thank you, Pete, and I pray that you will find just the right job for your and Sherry's needs to be met and for you to enjoy working and feeling wanted at a place that appreciates your work and your faith in Christ! He hasn't forsaken you nor you Him so just keep on, keepin' on for Jesus and He will see you through your trials and sad times, too!

Thank you, also, Lisa, and keep on holding to your faith, too! With your family working and not owing on anything is a real blessing in itself, that many don't have for seeing them through these trying times that are economy and nation is in right now, but God moves in the right time and in the right way for your job and others to have work, too! Your teaching job will come....just keep praying, thanking God and being patient! He is saving a good teaching job for you, in a very nice school with very nice students and faculties, but if not, He can still provide and also put you where He needs you the most to show your love for Him to those who need His love and blessings! Just know that He is working on it and His Word never returns void when you pray and speak His true scriptures by faith!

Your description of your place of work.....describes Tami's work place to a "T". Oh how I wish that you, Tami and others could go to school &/or work in a place that treats each other as family! That was the way it was when I worked! If you were friendly, a good worker and etc. You became one of their own and they cared about you in many different ways.....but not today....it is a dog eat dog world! Trying to beat one another and get rich by their greediness, lies and such! I am so glad that I was raised in the 40's &50's on a farm and went to a country school, where we knew almost everyone who attended the school, whether in the same grade and class or not! The teachers were mostly kind, unless a person deserved differently, and taught well if each student was willing to learn and behave themselves! Back then, if you got a scolding or whipping in school by getting in trouble, you would get in trouble at home and end up with another scolding &/or a spanking! We knew better than to do anything wrong and upset dad!

Jesus loves and cares for each of you, for me and for our loved ones and He will be with us and take us through the valley and onto the mountain top, as long as we do right in God's sight! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Thank you, Travis! I hope you and Liz are doing well and not working too hard, but enjoying life and the pleasure Jesus brings us in it! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
