Pocket Thumb Piano?

Any idea what this is? I vaguely remember seeing one. May be a Pocket Piano, it makes different sounds when you run your thumb over it.
 
I thought it would be fun to hear all your responses! At least I made some of you smile!!!
 
Heeeeheeeee...i haven't used one of those pocket thumb pianos since....well....
Maybe the 1980's. !!!! LoL!
 
I used to carry one, but a buzz cut and the ravages of time has taken away the need.

I like that one, wish I could remember it! Maybe you could tell me that again tomorrow and it would be new to me again! The great thing about being old is buying one movie and it will never be a rerun!
