I bought the rad shack headphones and they worked great - for a while. After about a dozen times they started to distort and fry.....I don't think that they handle the freq response and I even paid for the extended warranty....to lazy to have them replaced, but then again, I broke the promise I made to myself years ago to never buy another RS product again as any RS product works great - for a while.

Airheadz Wireless has a booth at the GPAA gold show in Salem, OR next Sat/Sun. I have been trying to get info on these suckers for a month. The people who run it have been out of town at GPAA shows.

My first questions will be about 'lag' and 'interference' (jumping to a hillbilly station). Next question will, of course, be price. I hope they are not more proud of them than I will be.

There is an article from 'Gold Prospector' on the Airheadz website, three pages long. Nowhere does it speak to lag-time or interference,....we will see. It does say they are bluetooth based which raises red flags. They are also supposed to be light-weight.

I will let you know.
