Tried out a new area today in central ohio, didn't have much time but got a bunch of clad and managed this cool button. Looks very similar to some of the civil war buttons I've seen but unfortunately its missing the back part and its about the size of a quarter. Let me know what you guys think

You could try dropping Ed Howell a note from the Civil War Button site in the links, but I really don't think it is a Civil war button. The eagle resembles the eagle on the Mexico National Seal if you want to look in that direction...........
