Posting this pic for Gerry, What a great haul. Good hunting there, Gene

Gene, thank you so much for posting the pictures. I initially averaged 4 hours per ring and as I got onto the Excalibur and the tones I got my average down to about 2.5 hours per ring.
There are a number of issues when hunting the beaches in Mexico and the big one is bottle caps and pull tabs along with lots of iron etc. so initially the detecting can be slow. The other is the quality of the rings i.e. a fairly high percentage of silver verses gold, I am most pleased with the Excal, when I strap it on my arm and look up and down the beach a BIG SMILE seems to appear.
To all my metal detector friends who have taken the the time to video, answer questions and generally post, I could not have found these rings without you. Gerry:detecting:

Thanks for sharing Gerry, and Gene for helping out to post. I can't wait to get back to the beach on vacation and use my E-Trac and a new Excalibur to go with it.
