She is kind of down. Our cat Midnight is failing fast. He is down to not eating or drinking and cannot hardly walk. Joan has raised him since he was a kitten. We got him almost 11 years ago. She is really hurting seeing him fail like this. He has always been a faithful cat and companion to both of us. Don't see him making it through the weekend.

Praying for Joan. I'm so sorry to hear about Midnight. I would be completely devastated is something happened to any of our 3 cats or 3 dogs. :-( Tell Joan we are lifing her up - and you, too, Doug!

That is the way that Cliff's cat and dog were like just before they passed away! Hurt him and also me, because they had been living here for several years and I was close to Tara, his toy chiwawa? My prayers are for comfort and strength to get through this trial and over the loss of a loved one, even if it is a pet....because they become a part of the family and are missed terribly! But eventually we get through the grieving periods and life goes on. Would be nice to get another kitten to keep you both company, when you are able to do so!
Let the tears flow and praise God for the time that He allotted you to have Midnight! I praise God for my White Persian cat, Tony, although he has been gone for years and year, for the time I had with him! I cried deeply for a week and then would cry ever so often when remembering him in some way! May God Bless and give you peace! Amen!
