is giving me so fast that I can hardly keep up with all the poems! I am ill and satan wants me that way to keep from warning peole of what is coming through Spiritual understanding but although God slays me, I will serve Him as long as I am able and in my right mind! I have had terrible headaches and neckaches when awaking in the mornings or noon, as sometimes I don't sleep well enough until the early hours of the day and also sick to my stomach but I know where my health comes from and He is Jesus Christ, the Great Physician!!!

I also know there aren't very many who bother to read my poetry praising and glorifying God, but that is okay, for if one soul accepts Jesus into their heart it is worth all the writing, posting and preparing for uploading onto this forum! Everyone needs encouragement and to learn about the goodness and mercy of His agape love and also to be revided, Spiritually, in hope and in prayer for increasing faith and godly wisdom to know more and more of Jehovah God, Who came in man's flesh as Jesus, the Savior of the whole world!

I couldn't even go to my neice, Mindy's, baby shower today! She is due Jan 19, if she goes that long for she is getting really big with her baby girl growing fast! She needs saved and the one she is living with, but I know God is in control and in His own time by her believing in and accepting Him, she will be, as she was raised up in a Christian home! Larry loved the Lord and Wanda loves Him, too, and served Him faithfully for years by playing music and singing His praises for many, many years!

Where can we go for prayer but to the Lord and our faithful Brothers and Sisters in Christ! I have more to post about today but will do it later, as I've typed myself to tiredness with aching arthritic hands and fingers! Today is very cloudy and dreary and looks like darkness was upon us at 2:00 pm! Looks like more rain is coming or the white stuff to be falling over MO! :angel: God Bless! Ma Betty

Thank you for your prayers! I guess sometimes I get a little carried away in my posts and ya probably think ole Ma is losing it, but I just need added strength and a spiritual uplifting from the prayers of others! Will be seeing the dr again soon, and have stopped taking the pain pill, as it is making me too ill and I believe I am allergic to it! Will have to see what ole doc has to say.....but he knows I usually do what I think is best for me! :lol: :angel: God Bless! Betty

No I do not read your poetry. However, I do not read anyones poetry. I happen to be one of thoes people who do not like poetry.

Keep writting

Some people do read it and I am positive that some like it. I did read a tiny bit and I am sure that thoes who do like poetry would like it!

Do you post any of your work any where else? Also do you keep a book of your work to publish or to hand down to future generations in your family?

That is okay if your don't read my poetry, Jeff, because I know that many people, especially men, don't like to read or don't like to read poetry! I can't say I like all kinds of poetry, because some are too hard to understand or too filthy! I just started writing poetry for my Lord and Savior, Jesus, when I was grown, married and with children! Wrote one in high school about American History but don't have a copy nor remember it...only a small portion! I then wrote some when my ex and I joined the Coinshooting and Historical Club...have most of them but not all....because I didn't even think about keeping them all! When I really started writing and then typing them when I could with my typewriter and then Computer, was when I truly found Jesus as my own personal Savior in 1986, but have known about Him, as far back as I can remember!

January the 1st in 1987, was when I began writing them again, and the New Years Day of 1987 poem, flowed out so fast that I couldn't hardly keep up with it and wrote just like it was given to me by God's Holy Spirit! After that I wrote them in poetry form with shorter verses! (How I began to write them is a long, long story; so I won't bother writing about it, but it was definitely God after attending a Watch Night Service in Newburg, MO with my brother, Larry, and Sister-in-law Wanda!) Took us two hours to get there and two hours to get back, but it was the most blessed time that I had ever had at Church and I kept doing that for several years by myself, when they couldn't go, until I almost fell asleep and was doing eveything I could to stay awake with open windows and loud music on the radio! I never was so sleepy in all my life and I told God to please get me home safely, and that I just could not travel that far again to be fed His good Word and that's when I started attending a Church in Illinois....a half hours drive but really good, spirit-filled services!

I know I write long posts, poems and etc. but that is my talent for God.....I'm not musically inclined and cannot sing with COPD....not enough oxygen in my lungs! Thank you for your kind words and encouragement and like I said that is okay, but hopefully others read and the Holy Spirit moves within them for saving or for elation in Christ's love! :angel: God Bless! Thank you, Leslie! I went to dr yesterday and will be posting an update on my health and lack of energy! God is good and Jesus is within me, so I will prevail with Him and whether I live a long time or go Home to Him soon, I am ready and told my cousin, Virginia and others, that I am as far as I know! I am made pure and holy in Jesus' precious, shed blood by believing faith in Him and in His wonderful, forgiving love for me and all who will believe and accept Him, as their own personal Savior, too!
