many of you know of my friend Ron Davis who we have been praying for. He had a rare spinal stroke and lost the use of all his fingers, most of one leg, and from the groin to the ribs there is no feeling. He has been dealing with some terrible burning that pain meds do not do much for. He just called me and said God must be mad at me. I said why? He said his wife Pat had a stroke Saturday! I assured him that God was not mad at him, and that we here would be lifting them both to the Lord. She is home but not herself by any means. He is supposed to go to the U of M in January.
Please keep Ron and Pat on your prayer lists and prayer chains.

Prayers for Ron and Pat! If he asks you that again....you need to say no God is good and wouldn't do that, but old satan, the devil, wants to harm you both because he detests our Lord Jesus Christ and wants everyone and everything pertaining to Him gone!...... God gives life and gives it abundantly but satan kills, steals and destroys! God Bless! Betty

assure him that God does not work that way. My biggest fear is he is beggining to feel like a modern day Job.
Not sure how much more he can take.

maybe have him read or listen to a CD, or you can read the Book of JOB to him and he will see that Job made it through and did not curse God, and then was blessed more in the end with everything and more than in the beginning of his trials! Our faith will be tested! Will pray harder for him to keep faith in Jesus and not give up and for both of their healings! God Bless! Ma Betty
