It has been test after test with me and my last test was a tilt table test and half way thru the test the heart surgeon said quietly to the nurse that the treatment I needed was a pacemaker. She went to get my wife in the waiting room and told her I needed it asap because I am having palpatations every second and when my heart rate is 55 or 60 it is actually around 30 and I am not getting enough oxygen to my brain and my heart is working harder to catch up. I think she was trying not to scare me because she told my wife more than she did me and with greater concern. They will make plans monday as to when they will do it next week. I had asked her if I could metal detect afterwards and she said yes after I heal up. I love detecting and would hate to have to give it up. She also said that I will feel alot better and be able to do more once I heal. I am only 34 but she said I am not the youngest she has done and sees it happen often to younger people
