Prayer request for me....ouch

Set the alarm to be at the car dealership for a recall at 8 this morning. Getting dressed, lifted up my foot to put my sock on and through out my back. Down on the floor I go. What a great wife I have. Came running and got down on the floor and prayed for me.
Had this severe times in my life. Canceled my appointment, now here I am sitting with an ice pack on my back and probably watching some detecting videos until I can move.☹

Prayers for you, Greg, for back healing--I know how painful they are, as I've suffered a long time with mine after a Compression fracture of lower lumbar in 2017---never hurt like I did then--even worse than labor pains which I know you know nothing about! :sad: Ma
