We lay Stan Cartwright to rest later today.
Pray for the family.
Satan has raised his ugly head in this. Stan's x-wife has decided that knowing her 13 year old son will now get a SS check that she wants custody of him.
It was Stan's wishes that Adam stay with his step mom. That is also where Adam wants to be.
His mom is an alcohalic, and her husband is a sex offender. They have already had the cops out to pull him from his home and got lawyers involved.
This will likely go to court. Please pray the judge does the right thing.

I'm sure the Courts will see in the "CHILD'S" Best interest. I know a similar case from here a well. The Husband is doing 10 yrs., The Mother is in a Rehab and Court Restrained from her kid. The boy won all the way around. Now he lives with his Aunt and Uncle who I "know" are stand up people.He's happy. That's what counts. i will pray for the kid. PEACE:RONB

May God Bless this young lad and intercede for him to live with his step-mom and fulfill his dad's wishes! Sinners are greedy and all they care about is how much money they can get to live their lifestyle of sinning more and more....get thee hence satan out of the lives of this boy and his step-mom! I pray the Judge in the case will see through all the manipulating lying evil and give this boy a home and life where he will be well taken care of and grow up in the righteousness and love of our dear Savior, Jesus! Amen!
