I just learned that my close friend, Chuck Parker's grandson Josh, a U.S. Marine from Portage MI was seriously wounded in a firefight with the enemy in Afghanistan. He was on routine patrol when they were ambushed. Josh suffered a bullet to the chest and one shattered his femur. Josh was flown to a hospital in Germany where they inserted a stainless rod in his wounded right leg and other surgery. At this moment Josh is on a flight to a hospital in San Diego. Those of my friends who believe in God working through the prayers of His saints, please remember Josh and his grandparents Chuck and Connie.
