Hi everyone. It's been a long time since I posted and I wish I was posting about some awesome finds, but I'm not. My 17 year old son Jesse went astray and is sitting in jail on burglary charges. I won't go into all the details because I don't know a whole lot. He has given his life to God and is willing to accept the punishment, get through it and get on with his life. What I was wondering, if you folks would, is cheer him up with some cards and letters letting him know all is not lost and you are thinking of him and wishing him the best. I would like the Peoria County jail to wonder just who is this Jesse Davis kid.

Hey Mike,
Its amazing how God works in all situations. I have not been on the forum for about a year now and was just sitting here and decided to check things out. Always start with the relic forum and jump down to the Christian forum.
I am 48 years old and I am currently on house arrest for felony theft.
I was arrested for removing things from a trash dumpster (illegal here in Maryland if you don't ask first)
I have been a Christian for 26 years and have never been in any kind of trouble before. I find myself in a very strange way.I have 6 months, three in the detention center and three on home detention. ( I am home now).Through this whole thing God has been with me and has made many opportunities for me to witness and share with others. I met another Christian while in jail( he got saved in prison) and together we lead three others to Christ.
I am a man of God and have a wife and three children. Though this has been a difficult road to travel, God has kept his hand on me.
I will be writing your son with words of encouragement. Sometimes we have to go through many valleys before we can reach the mountain top.
He will be in my prayers as will you and your wife.
